Garden Cottage – Erwin, TN

This Garden Cottage renovation transformed an existing shed into a fully functional one-bedroom apartment. The project included building out a complete interior layout with a kitchen, living area, private bedroom with closet, laundry room, and a front porch entrance to create a comfortable and practical living space.

The renovation focused on maximizing space while maintaining a clean, modern design. Each area was carefully planned to ensure functionality, storage, and flow throughout the home. From framing and interior finishes to final details, every part of the project was completed with attention to quality and craftsmanship.

Exterior siding for the structure had been completed by another company prior to our involvement. Our work focused on the full interior build-out and finishing of the space, delivering a complete and livable apartment.
